I’m a product designer based in Devon, working across digital products, platforms, and systems. My background is in UI and brand, but over time my focus has shifted towards how products actually work, how people move through them, and how they grow over time.
I’m interested in the space between structure and behaviour. Designing journeys that feel simple on the surface, but are built on clear thinking underneath. That usually means working with flows, patterns, and systems that can scale, rather than one off screens.
I’ve worked across a mix of industries, from automotive and media to pharma and maritime, designing tools and platforms used in very different contexts. The common thread has always been understanding how people use things in the real world, and shaping products that feel clear, useful, and easy to trust.
Alongside this, I co-founded beataboutmusic, a grassroots music discovery platform focused on helping people find and engage with live music in a more direct way. The aim is to simplify how fans discover what is on around them, while giving artists and venues better tools to connect with their audience. I lead the product experience and design, shaping the full journey from discovery through to attending a gig and beyond.
Working on BAM has given me the space to think more deeply about how products drive behaviour over time. From how people decide to follow an artist, to what makes them come back, support, and stay engaged. Being close to that ecosystem, and part of the community itself, keeps the work grounded in real behaviour rather than assumptions.
I’m focused on designing products that are clear in their thinking, grounded in real behaviour, and able to evolve over time.
